Request deletion of your account
You can delete your RSchool account and associated data at any time, directly from the app or by writing to us.
Two ways to delete your account

From the app (recommended)
Open RSchool and go to Profile → Delete account (or Settings → Delete account). Tick "I understand I won't be able to recover my data" and confirm: the request is processed immediately. If you have a subscription, cancel it from the App Store or Google Play: deleting your account does not cancel it.

By email
Can't access the app? Write to us with the email address of your account: we'll process the request within 30 days, as required by GDPR.

Account deletion is irreversible: once confirmed, your data and content cannot be recovered.

| Account name, surname and email | Deleted; retained for up to 12 months for technical and security purposes |
| Profile photo | Deleted immediately |
| Sign in with Apple or Google | Link revoked |
| Study content and progress statistics | Deleted; backup copies are removed within 90 days |
| Subscription and billing data | Retained for 10 years for tax obligations, regardless of account deletion |
| Month and year of birth | Deleted |
| Conversations with the tutor | Deleted together with the account |
